Official Exhibitor Contractor – Conventions & More

Conventions & More has been selected to serve as the Official Service Contractor for your decorating needs at the Positive Heroes Series. They are available for all of your exhibit needs, including: freight handling (inbound and outbound shipping arrangements); extra chairs, extra tables, etc.

Shipping + Freight

All freight will be received at the Conventions & More warehouse and transported to the conference center. After the show, a Conventions & More representative will assist with return shipping arrangements. We ask that you notify Conventions & More ahead of time if freight will be shipped to them. Exhibitors are responsible for all freight, drayage, and labor charges. Each confirmed exhibitor will receive an exhibitor services/customer service kit on ordering additional booth supplies. 

The Skirvin Hilton will accept freight for vendors at a $10 per box rate. Boxes over 40 pounds will incur a charge of $20 per box. Pallets will be charged at a rate of $150 each. Outgoing packages and boxes will be charged at the same rate plus shipping costs. 

Booth Inclusions

Exhibits rates are $250 per booth. Each exhibitor will receive a 10’x10’ booth which includes the following: 

  • Company Identification Signage
  • 1-6' Table with 2-Chairs
  • 1-Wastebasket
  • Draped Backdrop with Side Rails
